Exchanges & Returns 

At Perrault, we take pride in offering premium bed and bath products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return within 28 days of your order date, subject to the conditions below.

Important: Bedding & Sheet Returns

For hygiene reasons, sheets, duvet covers, and bedding items that have been removed from their packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct size before opening the packaging. Once opened or unfolded, these items are no longer eligible for return, even if unused.

General Return Conditions:

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached and in unused, resalable condition.
  • Sheets, duvet covers, and bedding items must remain sealed in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for any bedding that has been removed from its packaging.
  • Please double-check your sizing before opening bedding items, as we are unable to process returns once the packaging has been opened.

How to Return an Item:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@perrault.com.au with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds & Processing Time:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • If your return does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
