Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 28 days of your order date, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

For hygiene reasons, sheets, duvet covers and bedding cannot be returned once removed from their original packaging. Please check sizing, colour and fabrication carefully before opening.

To arrange a return, email hello@perrault.com.au with your order number. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days once your return has been received and approved.
