The Nightfall Sleep Mist by Olverum combines high altitude lavender, Roman chamomile and bergamot in a blend developed to support each stage of the initial sleep cycle. Bergamot helps clear the mind before sleep, lavender supports the early stages of the sleep cycle, and Roman chamomile supports deeper stages of rest.

This approach supports both falling asleep and staying asleep, with the aim of improving overall sleep quality and how you feel on waking.

Made from naturally derived ingredients, it is safe for use on skin and linens.

Spray lightly into the air or onto pillows and bedding from around 30cm before sleep. Store away from direct sunlight.
